Overview​

The Email Templates library gives you a ready-made toolkit for every communication touchpoint in the customer lifecycle. Templates are designed by contractor-industry communication specialists and are immediately usable out of the box — no copywriting required. Every template supports dynamic variables pulled from the CRM so emails feel personal, not mass-produced.

The AI personalization layer goes further: it can rewrite subject lines and opening paragraphs using job-specific context, the customer's name, the technician's name, and recent job history. The result is an email that reads like a staff member wrote it for that specific customer — at scale.

Notes​

Templates are shared across the account — changes affect all future sends that reference that template. Clone a template before editing if you want to preserve the original. Unsubscribe links are automatically appended to all marketing emails and cannot be removed. Transactional emails (invoice notices, appointment confirmations) are exempt from unsubscribe requirements but must stay factual in nature.
